This is a great tool but I did find it hard to put around a salsa jar which I believe is 3 inches. It was hard to stretch around but once I I got it place, it was easy to open the jar. It didn’t work for my weak hands. It doesn’t handle jar lids at the size I expected (my fault for not checking more carefully, not the seller). It was hard for me to use. I forgot to send it back in the 30 days. I it seems well made but it just wasn’t what I needed.

I cannot believe how amazing this product is. You will literally hear a pop when the seal is broken and it turns right off. It now takes me seconds to open a jar, no more banging on the top with a butter knife to try and break the seal. I wish I had this a long time ago.
There are multiple sizes on the opener. You may have to pull it open a little bit to fit the larger one. But I didn’t have a problem.
I never have to ask my husband for help opening a jar again – even he was surprised!

Once in a while I buy Guava Jelly jam and the cover is a bit hard to unscrew. I usually have to knock it with a knife counterclockwise; but not with this tool. The build is solid, easy on the hand, lightweight, and will open sodas, jars, and other hard to open bottles with any type of metal cover. Love the design with the extra piece for prying. Great value for the money. Would like to see it in more colors.
